“Narrowing the Digital Divide” Request Forms

The “Narrowing the Digital Divide” initiative intends to assist the youth of the church who need to be equipped for online learning (in terms of equipment and internet access) during the first nine weeks of the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. The requirement for assistance is being qualified for either free or reduced lunch. Individual requests will be determined by a committee within the church for who is eligible for assistance.
