The Retirement of Rev. Glenn M. Pettiford – Sunday, August 30, 2026

On Sunday, August 30, Rev. Glenn Pettiford retired after serving as First Baptist Church’s Assistant Pastor for 22 years. The congregation presented him with a portrait, and he later preached his final sermon in that role. Following the service, a reception was held in his honor in the David R. Hedgley Fellowship Hall.
